Shipping Policy:

Exchange Policy:

• If the shoes are too small or too big, we offer an exchange service.
• A 25 AED fee will apply for the exchange.
• Upon exchange, the customer will return the shoes that didn't fit and receive the correct size.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a customer cancels or refuses to accept the product upon delivery, the amount spent on shipping and other fees will be deducted and paid to the courier.
• We kindly ask customers to confirm their orders to avoid unnecessary complications.
